Incorporated on March 07, 2025, NEXA DEFENCE (I) Limited acquired the running business undertaking of sole proprietorship concern 'M/s. Nexa Mumbai' (founded in Fiscal 2015 by Mr. Jyothi Kumar Nannat) on a going concern basis pursuant to a Business Transfer Agreement.
Through this acquisition, NEXA DEFENCE inherited over ten years of expertise, established customer relationships, and a rich delivery track record across defense establishments, Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL), the Indian Air Force, the Indian Navy, the Indian Coast Guard, and allied research bodies.
We specialize in the end-to-end design, development, and indigenized manufacturing of advanced Ground Support Equipment (GSE), Test Rigs, Test Benches, and specialized Test Equipment for safety-critical aviation operations.
