Mission-critical ground handling, servicing, power, lifting, and armament systems for frontline combat and transport aircraft
Used to move fighter, trainer, or transport aircraft on the ground including in hangars, on dispersal areas, and along the flight line without starting the aircraft's engine. This helps save fuel, reduces engine running hours, and lowers wear and tear during routine ground movement.
Used to check, calibrate and service an aircraft's hydraulic systems, including the undercarriage (landing gear) system, flight control surfaces and armament-related mechanisms, in support of routine and scheduled maintenance of hydraulic circuits. This product is also referred to as the Universal Servicing Trolley ("U-HST").
Supplies external AC and DC electrical power to aircraft while on the ground, providing the power required to operate the aircraft's electrical and avionics systems without the need to start the aircraft's engines or auxiliary power unit (APU).
Used for the safe transportation, positioning and loading of armaments and munitions onto combat aircraft. The trolley facilitates the movement and loading of bombs and missiles in accordance with applicable defence safety and handling protocols.
Provides the capability to lift aircraft for maintenance and servicing operations. Used during scheduled maintenance and servicing of aircraft, including routine maintenance of the undercarriage (landing gear) system and shock absorbers, and for tyre and brake system inspection, replacement, and servicing.
Used to provide immediate response and recovery of aircraft involved in emergency landings, crashes or runway excursions covering weighing and handling of the disabled aircraft, tyre changes, recovery from the runway or dispersal area, and safe transportation to a repair station or designated safe location.
Used to simulate the fuel storage and fuel consumption status of a fighter aircraft on the ground, without starting the aircraft's engine. Using this trolley, the aircraft's fuel tank and fuel consumption patterns can be calibrated, along with verification of the necessary safety warnings and indications of the fuel system, including calibration of the aircraft's fuel consumption meters. This equipment is designed for carrying out defueling and fuel consumption sequencing check of Su-30MKI aircraft.
